Salary: $150,000 – $250,000+ depending on experience

A high-end boutique corporate law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate (2–4 years) with strong M&A experience to join its growing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an associate currently in Big Law looking to transition into a more entrepreneurial environment while maintaining exposure to high-quality, sophisticated transactions.

The Role

You will work on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (primary focus)

• Joint ventures and strategic transactions

• Corporate structuring and financings

• Cross-industry deals across sectors such as media, energy, and real estate

Associates are given meaningful responsibility early, with direct involvement in deal execution and client interaction.
