Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend contractors, owners, and developers in Labor Law, construction defect, and premises liability actions.
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation in complex construction disputes.
- Analyze contracts, insurance policies, additional insured endorsements, and risk allocation issues.
- Advise clients on claims handling and risk avoidance strategies for ongoing projects.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NY bar.
- 3–7+ years of construction defect, Labor Law, or related defense litigation experience.
