Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate and document commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings.
Handle corporate transactions including business formations, sales/acquisitions, and governance agreements.
Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and manage closings for real estate and corporate deals.
Advise clients on risk mitigation, contract structuring, and day-to-day business matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active PA bar (NJ a plus).
2β6+ years of real estate transactional or corporate experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Interest in both real estate and corporate work is a plus.
