**The Role **

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who operates fluently on both sides of the ecosystem: brand partnerships and talent management. This is a part-time freelance contract role, fully remote, for someone who has built and managed influencer programs from the ground up and knows how to drive results whether they're representing a brand or a creator.

**Key Responsibilities **

**Brand Side **

- Source, vet, and pitch brand partnership opportunities for Sloane Strategy clients

- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval flows

- Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage rights on behalf of brand clients

- Manage campaigns across varied budget ranges, from micro-influencer activations to larger partnership deals

- Support in uploading campaigns via various social media platforms on behalf of the brand

- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and earned media value

**Talent Side **

- Identify and onboard emerging creators and influencers into the Sloane Strategy talent roster

- Pitch talent to brand partners and manage inbound partnership inquiries

- Negotiate deals and manage contract execution on behalf of talent

- Support talent in building their brand presence, rate cards, and media kits

- Maintain and grow ongoing brand relationships to drive recurring opportunities for talent

**Platform & Tools Management **

- Operate across influencer and affiliate platforms including ShopMy, LTK, Cohley and similar tools

- Manage campaign tracking, affiliate link creation, and performance reporting within these platforms

- Stay current on platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging partnership formats

**General **

- Maintain organized records of outreach, contracts, and campaign timelines across all accounts

- Communicate proactively with the Sloane Strategy team on deliverables, negotiations in progress, and campaign status

- Own monthly reporting across all influencer and talent activity

**Qualifications **

- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships

- Hands-on experience with ShopMy, LTK, Cohley, or comparable platforms required

- Proven ability to manage both brand-side campaigns and talent-side representation

- Experience negotiating contracts and managing deliverable flows independently

- Comfortable managing campaigns across a range of budgets

- Strong written communication skills for outreach, pitching, and negotiation

- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

- Part-time freelance contract as-needed basis

- Fully remote (knowledge of local Washington, DC, MD, and Virginia area preferred)

**Key Responsibilities **

- Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and SMS marketing campaigns across client accounts

- Develop automated flows, drip sequences, and audience segmentation strategies in Klaviyo

- Write or refine conversion-focused copy aligned to each client's brand voice

- Track and report on email marketing KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and attributed revenue

**Role Description: **

Sloane Strategy is seeking a part-time freelance social strategist to support client work across our company. This role is split between on-the-ground content creation for DC, MD, VA based clients and marketing support across all accounts.

The ideal candidate is both creative and execution-focused, with the ability to capture high-quality content in person and translate it into polished, platform-ready assets. ~~This role requires someone local to Washington, DC ~~ who is comfortable commuting to content shoots and is motivated to grow within the area.

**Key Responsibilities: **

**Content Production **

- Attend in-person content shoots across DC, Maryland, and Virginia alongside the Sloane Strategy team and independently

- Capture high-quality photo and video content on iPhone and basic camera equipment (photography knowledge preferred but not required)

- Execute detailed shot lists while staying in-tune to organic, real-time content opportunities in real time

- Provide on-site creative direction and support to ensure every shoot delivers strong content

**Video Editing **

- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and additional platforms

- Use CapCut as the primary editing tool, applying current platform trends, sound, pacing, and formatting best practices based on video creative direction

- Deliver edits efficiently without compromising quality or brand alignment

- Adapt editing style across multiple client industries and brand voices

**Graphic Design **

- Design social-forward graphics for client accounts across varied industries using Canva (Adobe Suite knowledge preferred but not required)

- Ensure all visual assets align with each client's brand guidelines, color palette, and aesthetic direction

**Social Media & Content Support **

- Assist with monthly content calendar creation, post scheduling, and copywriting across platforms

- Support SEO-informed content development using Meta Business Suite, HootSuite, and internal agency tools

- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, content formats, and emerging trends

- Support in internal strategizing on clients within various industry fields

**Project & File Management **

- Organize, label, and maintain content files across multiple client projects

- Communicate proactively on timelines, deliverables, and any shifts in project status

- Uphold clear communication with team in a fast pace environment

**Qualifications: **

- Based in Washington, DC and able to commute to in-person shoots within DC, MD, and VA

- 2-5 years experience in content creation (photo/video) and video editing in CapCut

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends

- 2-5 years experience in social media, marketing, creative brand design, or related field

- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite platforms)

- Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

- Interested in learning/supporting various marketing topics: paid media, organic social, influencer marketing, graphic design, and more

- Ability to work flexible hours outside typical Monday through Friday 9-5 EST timeframes, with weekend availability and a flexible schedule
