The Role We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who operates fluently on both sides of the ecosystem: brand partnerships and talent management. This is a part-time freelance contract role, fully remote, for someone who has built and managed influencer programs from the ground up and knows how to drive results whether they're representing a brand or a creator. Key Responsibilities Brand Side
Source, vet, and pitch brand partnership opportunities for Sloane Strategy clients
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval flows
Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage rights on behalf of brand clients
Manage campaigns across varied budget ranges, from micro-influencer activations to larger partnership deals
Support in uploading campaigns via various social media platforms on behalf of the brand
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and earned media value
Talent Side
Identify and onboard emerging creators and influencers into the Sloane Strategy talent roster
Pitch talent to brand partners and manage inbound partnership inquiries
Negotiate deals and manage contract execution on behalf of talent
Support talent in building their brand presence, rate cards, and media kits
Maintain and grow ongoing brand relationships to drive recurring opportunities for talent
Platform & Tools Management
Operate across influencer and affiliate platforms including ShopMy, LTK, Cohley and similar tools
Manage campaign tracking, affiliate link creation, and performance reporting within these platforms
Stay current on platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging partnership formats
General
Maintain organized records of outreach, contracts, and campaign timelines across all accounts
Communicate proactively with the Sloane Strategy team on deliverables, negotiations in progress, and campaign status
Own monthly reporting across all influencer and talent activity
Qualifications
3+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
Hands-on experience with ShopMy, LTK, Cohley, or comparable platforms required
Proven ability to manage both brand-side campaigns and talent-side representation
Experience negotiating contracts and managing deliverable flows independently
Comfortable managing campaigns across a range of budgets
Strong written communication skills for outreach, pitching, and negotiation
Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Part-time freelance contract as-needed basis
Fully remote (knowledge of local Washington, DC, MD, and Virginia area preferred)
Compensation based on experience
