- Valid US driver’s license required

- **Preferred: **

- Financial and/or contracting experience with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and/or U.S. Department of War (DOW) preferred

- Experience with budgeting or accounting for a government contractor organization

- Understanding of how indirect rates (fringe, overhead, etc.) are developed, applied and operate for a project funded by a government contract or grant preferred

- Vena experience is a plus

- Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus

- Experience with cost share is a plus

- Experience with MS Teams and PowerBI

- Experience with developing cost proposals
