**Role Overview **

The Account Manager will play an important role in maintaining trusted relationships with clients while helping ensure the successful delivery of services and ongoing support. This position serves as a central point of communication between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate projects, manage expectations, and provide a high level of service throughout the client experience.

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred

- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, HR consulting, or related professional environments

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting

- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms

- Previous experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, or consulting clients is a plus

**Compensation **

- Annual salary range: $78,000 – $102,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Beyond maintaining systems, this position contributes to creating a stable and efficient work experience for employees throughout the organization.
