As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our remote team. Role Overview The Account Manager will play an important role in maintaining trusted relationships with clients while helping ensure the successful delivery of services and ongoing support. This position serves as a central point of communication between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate projects, manage expectations, and provide a high level of service throughout the client experience. This role is well suited for someone who is professional, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment. The ideal candidate values clear communication, takes initiative, and enjoys building long-term partnerships with clients from a variety of professional backgrounds. The Account Manager will work closely with leadership, consulting teams, and external partners to help clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the services they receive from GroundingWork. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional, long-term client relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Support client onboarding and ongoing account management activities
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and service expectations
Conduct regular client check-ins to maintain strong engagement and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and support business growth
Address client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented team environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, HR consulting, or related professional environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms
Previous experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, or consulting clients is a plus
Compensation
Annual salary range: $78,000 – $102,000, depending on experience and qualifications
