**Role Overview **We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, capital strategy, and regulatory financial framework. **Key Responsibilities **

- **Financial Strategy & Leadership **Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

- Prior experience in fintech, investment banking, private equity, or digital assets/crypto industry

- Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenomics, DeFi, and crypto market structure

- Proven track record in fundraising and managing investor relations
