Operational Execution

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to U.S. and global regulatory frameworks (SEC, FinCEN, etc.)
- Develop a robust compliance and risk management infrastructure
- Navigate evolving crypto regulations and licensing requirements
Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Forge strategic alliances with exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, and fintech platforms
- Drive global expansion initiatives and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, media, and investor forums
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CEO, Founder, or senior executive in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Strong track record in fundraising and managing investor relations
- Experience navigating regulatory environments in the U.S. and internationally
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience scaling a startup from 0→1 and 1→N
- Background in investment management, venture capital, or hedge funds
- Established network within the global crypto and fintech ecosystem
- Experience with tokenomics, exchange operations, or institutional crypto products
