- Coordinate supply to ensure campaigns deliver

- Track performance and flag issues early

- Maintain execution standards across all campaigns

- Work closely with CDPs to ensure smooth delivery

- client demand

- operator execution

- supply output

You will take how things are done and turn them into:

- step-by-step operator playbooks

- SOPs that remove ambiguity

- training systems that drive real execution

- certification flows that ensure capability

You will work directly from:

- real campaign execution

- real sales processes

- real operational workflows

Then convert that into systems others can run.

What This Role Is NOT

- Not corporate training

- Not theory or “learning frameworks”

- Not slide decks no one uses

If your background is traditional L&D, this is not the role.
