Run the Engine Behind Campaign Execution
Ideas don’t scale.
Execution does.
Most companies fail here:

We don’t operate like that.
creatorXchange is building the infrastructure for the distribution economy . Campaigns are executed through a distributed network of operators and supply.
That only works if execution is tight.
This role owns that.
What You’re Stepping Into
You are not here to “help with operations.”
You are responsible for making sure:
👉 campaigns run clean, on time, and at scale
This includes managing:
  • campaign execution
  • supply coordination (clippers / distribution)
  • timelines and delivery
  • quality control

If campaigns break, you fix it.
What You’ll Actually Do
You will:
  • Oversee campaign execution from launch to completion
  • Coordinate supply to ensure campaigns deliver
  • Track performance and flag issues early
  • Maintain execution standards across all campaigns
  • Work closely with CDPs to ensure smooth delivery

You are the bridge between:
  • client demand
  • operator execution
  • supply output

What This Role Is NOT
  • Not passive task management
  • Not just updating spreadsheets
  • Not waiting for instructions

If you need constant direction, this is not the role.

If this fails:
  • campaigns miss targets
  • supply breaks
  • clients churn
  • everything slows down

This is core to execution.

  • Deep dive interview
  • Paid test (you will manage a simulated campaign scenario)
