About the role

Turn Execution into Scalable Systems
Most companies break when they try to scale people.
They rely on:
  • tribal knowledge
  • messy handoffs
  • inconsistent execution

That doesn’t scale.
We’re building something different.
creatorXchange is building the infrastructure for the distribution economy . Operators (CDPs) run campaigns using our systems. If those systems are unclear, inconsistent, or hard to follow, the entire model breaks.
This role exists to make sure that never happens.
What You’re Stepping Into
We don’t need someone to “create training.”
We need someone to translate real execution into systems that operators can run without us .
Everything we do must become:
  • clear
  • repeatable
  • teachable
  • scalable

If a CDP can’t execute it, it’s broken.
You fix that.
What You’ll Actually Do
You will take how things are done and turn them into:
  • step-by-step operator playbooks
  • SOPs that remove ambiguity
  • training systems that drive real execution
  • certification flows that ensure capability

You will work directly from:
  • real campaign execution
  • real sales processes
  • real operational workflows

Then convert that into systems others can run.
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not corporate training
  • Not theory or “learning frameworks”
  • Not slide decks no one uses

If your background is traditional L&D, this is not the role.
Why This Role Matters
If you do this right:
  • CDPs can run campaigns without us
  • quality stays high as we scale
  • the system becomes truly independent of the founder

If this fails:
  • execution breaks
  • results become inconsistent
  • scale collapses

This is a core infrastructure role.
What You Bring
You’ve:
  • Turned messy processes into clean systems
  • Built SOPs or playbooks people actually use
  • Worked close to execution, not removed from it

You think in:
  • clarity over complexity
  • systems over explanations
  • outcomes over documentation

You don’t just document.
You simplify and operationalize.
What You Get
  • Ownership over how the system scales through people
  • Direct impact on whether operators succeed or fail
  • Ability to build something that runs without constant oversight
  • Exposure to a new category, the distribution economy

How We Hire
We do not hire based on resumes.
Process:
  • Video application
  • Group interview
  • Deep dive interview
  • Paid test (you will turn a real process into a usable system)

We care about what you can build, not what you say.
Final Filter
If you:
  • overcomplicate simple things
  • create documentation instead of systems
  • need perfect inputs before acting

This will not work.
If you can take chaos and turn it into something others can run, apply.
