**About the Role **

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on **Store Manager ** to lead the launch and daily operations of our Beverly Hills store. This role will play a key part in bringing BLUE ELEPHANT’s brand experience to life, delivering a premium and seamless customer journey while driving strong sales performance. As the Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store operations, team leadership, and customer experience. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s identity. **Key Responsibilities **

• Oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets

• Manage inventory levels and maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

• Lead, coach, and develop store staff, including scheduling and performance management

• Deliver a seamless and elevated in-store brand experience to every customer

• Gather and leverage customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and overall experience

• Report to the Head of U.S. Business and partner closely with HQ to execute store operations and propose improvements to merchandising and store presentation.

**Qualifications **

• 5+ years of experience in retail environments (fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands preferred)

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading store teams

• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate brand values into in-store experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing store operations

**Preferred Qualifications **

• Multilingual skills are a plus

• Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle trends, with a keen eye for visual presentation

**About the role **

This is a full-time, on-site role for a **Logistics Operations Manager ** based in Beverly Hills, CA.

The role is responsible for building and managing logistics functions during the early-stage setup of our U.S. business operations.

You will oversee logistics processes across both retail stores and e-commerce channels, including inventory management, fulfillment operations, and coordination with logistics centers and external partners.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and can help establish scalable and efficient logistics operations as the business grows.

This role is primarily based in Beverly Hills, CA, with occasional visits to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse locations across Southern California as needed.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Plan and manage logistics operations across the U.S. market

- Establish and oversee delivery systems for offline retail stores, ensuring efficient store-level fulfillment

- Develop and manage outbound processes for various e-commerce channels

- Monitor inventory levels for products and materials, and conduct periodic inventory audits

- Handle import/export documentation and related administrative tasks

**Qualifications **

- 5–8 years of experience in global logistics planning or operations

- Currently based in Los Angeles, CA

- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship required)

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end logistics processes

- High level of interest in logistics trends and a proactive, hands-on approach to execution

- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
