As we continue to expand globally, we are currently in the early-stage setup phase of our US market entry and are seeking exceptional talent to help build and establish our local operations from the ground up. About the Role We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our Beverly Hills store. This role will play a key part in bringing BLUE ELEPHANT’s brand experience to life, delivering a premium and seamless customer journey while driving strong sales performance. As the Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store operations, team leadership, and customer experience. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s identity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global eyewear brand at an early stage of its US expansion and play a critical role in establishing our retail presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets • Manage inventory levels and maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines • Lead, coach, and develop store staff, including scheduling and performance management • Deliver a seamless and elevated in-store brand experience to every customer • Gather and leverage customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and overall experience • Report to the Head of U.S. Business and partner closely with HQ to execute store operations and propose improvements to merchandising and store presentation. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in retail environments (fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands preferred) • 2+ years of experience managing and leading store teams • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate brand values into in-store experience • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing store operations Preferred Qualifications • Multilingual skills are a plus • Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle trends, with a keen eye for visual presentation • Desire to grow long-term with a fast-growing brand • Korean language proficiency is a plus Benefits

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
