About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Operations Manager based in Beverly Hills, CA.
The role is responsible for building and managing logistics functions during the early-stage setup of our U.S. business operations.
You will oversee logistics processes across both retail stores and e-commerce channels, including inventory management, fulfillment operations, and coordination with logistics centers and external partners.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and can help establish scalable and efficient logistics operations as the business grows.
This role is primarily based in Beverly Hills, CA, with occasional visits to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse locations across Southern California as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage logistics operations across the U.S. market
  • Establish and oversee delivery systems for offline retail stores, ensuring efficient store-level fulfillment
  • Develop and manage outbound processes for various e-commerce channels
  • Monitor inventory levels for products and materials, and conduct periodic inventory audits
  • Handle import/export documentation and related administrative tasks

Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in global logistics planning or operations
  • Currently based in Los Angeles, CA
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship required)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end logistics processes
  • High level of interest in logistics trends and a proactive, hands-on approach to execution
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global logistics operations within fashion accessories, e-commerce, or retail industries
  • Experience setting up logistics centers in early-stage or startup environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive collaboration
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Korean language proficiency is a plus

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
