- Base Salary Range - $235,000-275,000 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, and market data).

DataCT LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York, New York, formed as a single-purpose, independent, member-owned entity to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Consolidated Tape Plan (the CT Plan). DataCT LLC is responsible for the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan, acting on behalf of CT Plan LLC under the Administrator mandate. DataCT is currently engaged under an Interim Services Agreement and is transitioning to the definitive Administrator Services Agreement with CT Plan LLC. The organization is building toward a full operating state of approximately 25 employees and is expected to be fully operational by April 2027.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO **

- You have 3-8 years of experience in business development, customer success or implementation roles at a fast-growing startup or a highly-competitive environment (management consulting, banking, or venture capital).

- Plus: clear understanding of how financial institutions adopt and operationalize compliance and fraud tools - whether through your own experience or from advising similar customers.

- Excellent communication skills and an energetic, professional presence driving a room, a Zoom or a QBR.

- Confidence working with C-level stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.

- Resilience and grit - you get things done.

- Proactive and curious self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings.

- Highly feedback-oriented. We believe in radical candor and using feedback to get to the next level.

- Someone who's hungry for equity at the company they're working at, a seat at the table, and building 0 to 100.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS **

- Be the ultimate relationship builder.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and client teams, gaining deeper insights into their pain points and feedback.

- Act as the primary point of contact for some of the largest financial institutions, payment providers and fintech companies in the country.

- Drive account growth through upsells, renewals, and referrals by ensuring customers succeed with Baselayer.

- Become an expert in customers' workflows and pain points - then work with internal teams to address them.

- Develop playbooks, feedback loops, and operational processes that help scale the AM/CS function.

- Work directly to the CEO and collaborate with product and engineering on scaling customer operations 🤝

**WORK LOCATION **

- Based in SF; hybrid - 4 days per week in office.

**COMPENSATION **

- ~~**Salary Range: ** ~~$120,000 – $150,000 + Equity

- ~~**Variable Compensation: ** ~~ Commissions
