Youth Pathways Initiative (YPI) partners with high schools to deliver semester-based financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce-readiness programming through a fully managed service model.
Schools are increasingly expected to provide students with real-world learning opportunities, but many lack the internal staff capacity to design, coordinate, and execute high-quality enrichment programs consistently. YPI addresses this gap by operating as an end-to-end delivery partner, managing facilitation, scheduling, attendance tracking, quality control, and communication with school leadership.
YPI’s program helps students move beyond basic exposure to financial concepts. Through applied venture-building, students use budgeting, pricing, cost structures, revenue modeling, risk analysis, and capital strategy to develop financially grounded business ideas. Financial literacy is not treated as a standalone unit — it becomes the operating system for how students understand opportunity, ownership, and decision-making.
Our model combines structured program management with near-peer mentorship from trained college student facilitators. This allows schools to offer meaningful, experiential programming without increasing internal workload or operational risk.
YPI does not provide exposure. It builds financial ownership.
