Operations & Workforce Development Manager Healthcare Services | Part-Time | Hybrid | 1099 Contractor
We're a growing healthcare consulting, management, and staffing company — the kind that actually rolls up its sleeves. We help medical practices run more smoothly by handling things like remote administrative support, medical billing, credentialing, and operational consulting. It's meaningful work, and we're building a team that takes pride in it.
Right now, we're looking for someone who genuinely thrives on building structure out of chaos. If you're the person who sees a messy process and immediately starts sketching out how to fix it — we should talk.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll be the operational backbone of our team — keeping workflows on track, bringing the right people on board (locally and internationally), and making sure our clients feel taken care of. Day-to-day, that looks like managing internal operations, leading recruiting and hiring efforts, overseeing onboarding and training, and working closely with leadership on planning and systems improvement. You'll also help put quality control measures in place and coordinate across client accounts.
It's a hands-on role, and no two days will look exactly the same.

- Are organized to a fault and genuinely enjoy building systems that last
