The Role 💼
- Support Employment Litigation and Advisory Matters – Assist in managing a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, and contractual disputes, delivering clear and commercially focused advice under supervision.
- Contribute to Case Strategy and Risk Mitigation – Undertake legal research and apply employment law knowledge to support case strategy development and provide practical risk management insights to clients.
- Draft Key Legal Documents – Prepare tribunal pleadings, settlement agreements, policies, and advisory documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs, with appropriate supervision and review.
- Build Client Relationships and Support Practice Development – Develop strong client relationships through day-to-day interactions, contribute to business development activities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues while continuing professional development.
