The Role 💼
Lead Construction Litigation and Advisory Matters - Manage a broad range of construction matters, delivering strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
Develop Case Strategy and Risk Mitigation Solutions - Oversee complex legal and technical analysis of construction projects, applying knowledge of construction law to shape dispute resolution strategies
Draft and Negotiate Key Project Documentation - Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, consultant agreements and settlement documents
Drive Client Relationships and Sector Growth - Act as a trusted advisor to developers, contractors, and consultants as well as supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the construction practice.
