Total expected compensation is $100k-$250k/ per year, including high upside on deals executed.

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to support our senior team in capital raising and transaction execution, expand investor relationships, and directly advise clients across mandates.
Work includes:
- Prepare and refine investor materials, including teasers, investor presentations, and feedback reports.
- Review data rooms, financial documents, and due diligence materials, delivering concise analytical insights for management
- Work directly with Managing Directors and Partners on sell-side mandates, supporting execution and investor engagement
- Participate in client and investor meetings, assist in discussions, and manage deliverables and next steps
- Support and coordinate investor outreach efforts, including list creation, tracking engagement, managing pipelines, and synthesizing feedback to refine positioning
What we're looking for
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, or capital advisory
- Series 7, 79, or 82 required
- Experience preparing or reviewing investor materials and transaction documentation
- Track record of assisting in executing private capital raises ($5M–$200M) for lower-middle market companies
- Strong understanding of capital raising and sell-side advisory processes, including investor targeting, transaction execution, and due diligence
- Self-driven and comfortable in a remote environment, with a high degree of accountability
