We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. The role involves

- Providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and care plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and following up on results
- Documenting patient care in medical records
- Collaborating with team members and referring patients as needed
- Providing outpatient medical care without hospital call or rounding
