About the role

Position Summary
TriMerge Consulting Group, P.A. is seeking a highly organized, technology-oriented, and solutions-driven professional to support the coordination and execution of technology-enabled consulting and operational initiatives across government, nonprofit, and commercial clients.
The Technology Solutions Program Coordinator will serve as an internal bridge between TriMerge leadership, project teams, clients, and technology partners to help coordinate modernization, digital transformation, workflow automation, AI-enabled initiatives, data analytics, systems implementation, and technology-related proposal support efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both business operations and technology concepts and can help organize, coordinate, and support multiple technical initiatives simultaneously. The position is designed as a growth-oriented role with long-term advancement potential as TriMerge continues expanding its technology and innovation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate multiple technology-related projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Assist with tracking deliverables, timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.
  • Support internal meetings, project documentation, follow-up items, and reporting.
  • Help facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and technology partners.

Technology Solutions Support
  • Support technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating workflow automation, dashboarding, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and systems integration activities.
  • Help identify operational pain points and opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation support, and process documentation activities.

Proposal & Business Development Support
  • Assist with technology-related proposal responses, RFIs, Sources Sought Notices, capability statements, and presentations.
  • Coordinate technical inputs from partners and subject matter experts.
  • Help organize resumes, staffing plans, technical narratives, and past performance information.
  • Support research related to emerging technologies, government modernization trends, and innovation initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate activities with external technology and consulting partners.
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, communication, and information gathering efforts with subcontractors and teaming partners.
  • Help track partner capabilities, certifications, and technical resources for future opportunities.

Internal Innovation& Operations Support
  • Support internal initiatives such as knowledge management, AI integration, workflow improvements, and operational modernization.
  • Assist with maintaining project repositories, templates, SOPs, and collaboration tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation-focused operational activities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, technology coordination, consulting support, operations, or related environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with technology concepts and learning new platforms quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, dashboards, cloud systems, ERP systems, cybersecurity, or data analytics is beneficial but not required.
  • Government consulting, public sector, or professional services experience is a plus.
