Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing resources, expediting workflows, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and project goals. Key Responsibilities
Own project planning, timelines, milestones, and execution across multiple departments
Use Asana to manage workflows, priorities, dependencies, and team accountability
Lead projects using Agile methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog management
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership and timely delivery
Communicate progress, risks, deadlines, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders
Identify blockers early and negotiate solutions that keep projects moving
Balance competing priorities while protecting team focus and morale
Run status meetings, follow-ups, and project reviews with clear action items
Improve internal processes, project systems, and operational efficiency
Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives
Help create a culture of accountability, clarity, and positive momentum
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous priorities
Advanced proficiency with Asana
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum frameworks
Experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and team ceremonies
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to keep teams aligned, motivated, and productive
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working directly with leadership and key stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
