Overview We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer II with a strong foundation in visual design and at least 1 year of real-world experience through an internship, contract role, or full-time position. This role is for someone who has moved beyond purely academic work and has begun applying design skills in live business environments with real deadlines, stakeholders, and performance expectations. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth—where design decisions directly influence conversion, engagement, and customer experience. You should have early experience presenting ideas, managing stakeholder feedback, balancing differing opinions, and defending design decisions with logic rather than preference. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where speed matters, but not at the expense of quality. The ideal candidate is highly coachable, adaptable, inquisitive, and eager to continue growing. What You’ll Do With Trava, you will play a supportive role where you will aid in the following:
design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to improve performance and user experience
Conceptualize and design high-performing creative for paid media (e.g., Meta ads), using testing and iteration to refine visual direction
Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for the assets you own: Meta ads, Website, Emails
Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data
Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive, effective messaging and visual storytelling
Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity
Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, including marketing emails, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes
Own design decisions with a clear understanding of how they influence business metrics
