Rate : 40k - 55k Location: Remote / US Based Type: Full-time Education: Bachelors Degree OverviewWe’re looking for a Junior Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support the execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other communication channels at Trava Health. This is an execution-focused role—ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, work inside real systems, and grow into a strong lifecycle marketer. You don’t need a formal degree. What matters is your willingness to learn tools, follow processes, and take ownership of getting things done accurately. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to launch campaigns, maintain systems, and improve how we operate across channels. What You’ll Do
Build and launch campaigns in Customer.io and other lifecycle tools
Execute email, SMS, and in-app messaging based on provided briefs
Follow QA processes to ensure campaigns are accurate before launch
Support the referral program by responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with basic reconciliation when needed
Maintain and update lifecycle workflows, segments, and campaign logic
Assist in syncing and validating customer data across systems
Support testing and iteration of campaigns (A/B tests, timing, messaging)
Help identify small process improvements that make execution faster and cleaner

Willingness to learn new tools quickly (Customer.io, data platforms, etc.)
Ability to follow structured processes without cutting corners
Organized and reliable—you do what you say you’ll do
Clear communicator, especially when something is unclear or broken
Interest in marketing and a desire to grow in the field
Comfortable working in a startup environment (things move fast, priorities shift)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with email or lifecycle marketing tools (Customer.io, Mailchimp, etc.)
Familiarity with basic data concepts (segments, events, attributes)
Exposure to tools like Google Analytics or similar
