Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Data Scientist . The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing predictive models, analyzing complex datasets, building scalable analytics solutions, and uncovering opportunities that improve business performance and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include statistical modeling, experimentation, forecasting, automation, and presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact business problems will be a core aspect of this role. Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from large datasets
Proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
Strong knowledge of experimentation methods such as A/B testing and causal analysis
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with R is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities
Build predictive models for customer behavior, retention, conversion, forecasting, and operational efficiency
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify growth opportunities, anomalies, and performance drivers
Design and evaluate A/B tests across marketing, product, and customer experience initiatives
Develop machine learning solutions to improve personalization, targeting, and decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across marketing, operations, finance, and product performance
Work with databases and data warehouses to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible business data
Automate recurring analytical workflows and reporting processes
Partner with leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business questions into measurable models and insights
