Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in handling Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
Effective communication with excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
Previous experience in telehealth, healthcare, or related customer-facing roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
