Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and personalized service
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Experience with CRM software and related customer tracking tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer relations are a plus
Previous experience in healthcare or telehealth is preferred but not required
