Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, resolve issues, and provide product and service information with professionalism. You will assist in managing customer accounts, document interactions, and collaborate with team members to improve overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and personalized service
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Experience with CRM software and related customer tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer relations are a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare or telehealth is preferred but not required
