Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Trava Health. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as a liaison between customers and support teams, provide guidance and assistance, and contribute to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Proactively identifying areas of improvement in customer interactions will also be a key aspect of this position. You will be responsible for handling customer concerns via phone calls, emails, the patient portal, meta ads, and our facebook group. This role requires someone with a lot of patients and care for people who need support on their journey with us.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring client engagement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to remain organized, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with telehealth services and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
