About the role
Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an QA Automation Tester for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.
This is a 12 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $45 - 55/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Automation tester with extensive experience in web-based application testing along with strong API automation testing experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts
- Collaborate with development and operation teams to define test cases, build test plans, and conduct automated tests for functional and regression testing
- Integrate test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline for automated test execution and reporting
- Identify, document, and report issues/defects found during automation testing, and work with developers to resolve them
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to support integration and user acceptance testing
Qualifications / What You Bring (Must Haves)
- 5+ years experience in software testing
- Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Extensive experience in test automation (like Selenium) along with strong API automation testing experience
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
- Proficiency in web automation and browser compatibility testing
- Have hands-on experience with database management
- Privacy rights (CCPA, GDPR) functional knowledge
