Employment Status: FT (hrs./days vary) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Greeley, CO
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to support our oilfield rental operations in Greeley, Colorado. In this field-based role, you will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and be comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments. Responsible for following all company policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills required
Job Experience
General labor experience and mechanical aptitude
Computer Proficiency
Ability to utilize a timekeeping system as well as cell phone for time reporting
Training
Titan Solutions will provide necessary training
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, bending, working on hands and knees
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test and background check
Travel Requirements
May be required to travel less than 10% of time
Pay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority - $24 - $28

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (*Other duties may be assigned)*
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on all Titan equipment in the field and shop setting
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide on-site repairs
- Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in a safe and compliant manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and equipment condition
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Operate a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
- Perform tasks and repairs in teams and solo
- Maintain the care and cleanliness of company vehicles, trailers & tools
- Complete JSA's, fill out job checklists and scope of service with the customer
