Teleion is seeking a BI Data Analyst to support Supplier Performance for a Fortune 500 company’s facilities team. As a liaison between the Analytics and Supplier Performance teams, this role will deliver and maintain dashboards, enhance processes with automation, and ensure data quality through clear documentation. They support a program that uses creativity to determine how to measure supplier success, critical thinking to pull together complex databases, and curiosity to continuously improve processes.

In this role, the BI Analyst should feel empowered to work cross-functionally in a highly ambiguous environment, proactively solve issues, and take ownership with minimum supervision. Looking for an individual that can work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to uphold high levels of confidentiality is a must.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Tell the story of suppliers’ performance by presenting data through meaningful metrics and data visualization

- Develop tableau dashboards using SQL queries and Python scripts

- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships across Analytics, Supplier Management, Technology, and Program teams

- Run quarterly survey to gather qualitative data on suppliers

- Perform data validation and root cause analysis

- Work cross-functionally on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality

- Create and improve processes with clear documentation

- Build data sets and workflows with scalability and automation in mind

**Minimum Qualifications **

- 8-10 years of data analysis and BI experience

- Advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, databases, and BI dashboards (like Tableau)

- Document data definitions, calculations, and procedures

- Experience with data modeling, mapping, and documenting workflows

- Represent the business needs of program managers to analytics team and vice versa with regular, clear communication

- History of project management with agile methodology, sprints & stories using tools like Jira, requirements gathering, planning, & status reporting

- Manage projects effectively even with high levels of ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple teams while maintaining speed and a high level of attention to detail

- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

- Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word

**Desired skills: **

- Knowledge of Alteryx, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Data Grip and Databricks a plus

- BI Developer experience with integrations, extract transform load (ETL), and database design

- Familiarity writing white papers or narratives to support analyses

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Developer Architect to serve as a Vibe Code Reviewer, responsible for ensuring that all code progressing to production meets enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and responsible AI use.

This role acts as a final technical authority and trusted reviewer—validating that solutions are production‑ready, supportable, compliant, and aligned with architectural and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience across multiple programming languages, enterprise data platforms, and modern analytics/reporting systems, while maintaining a strong appetite for innovation and continuous modernization.

**Key Responsibilities **

**Code Quality & Production Readiness **

- Review and assess code written across multiple languages and frameworks to ensure:

- Maintainability, readability, and test coverage

- Performance, scalability, and resilience under enterprise workloads

- Adherence to internal coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices

- Act as the final technical sign‑off authority for production releases.

- Identify technical debt, anti‑patterns, and latent production risks early in the lifecycle.

- Review integrations with data warehouses, lakes, BI/reporting tools, and downstream analytics systems.

- Maintain a strong innovation mindset, actively evaluating new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve:

- Partner with security and compliance teams to remediate vulnerabilities prior to deployment.

**Responsible AI & Ethical Engineering **

- Review AI‑ and automation‑enabled code to ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles, including:

- Transparency and explainability

- Bias minimization and fairness

- Data provenance and consent

- Human oversight and accountability

- Ensure AI‑assisted or AI‑generated code is auditable, supportable, and safe to operate in production environments.

**Deployment & Operational Readiness **

- Validate CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, rollback plans, and monitoring coverage.

- Ensure solutions are operationally supportable with clear documentation, logging, alerting, and runbooks.

- Collaborate with platform, SRE, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions to production.

**Mentorship & Technical Leadership **

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to Vibe dev producers to elevate code quality and engineering craftsmanship.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement grounded in production realities.

- Serve as a trusted advisor on architectural decisions and complex technical trade‑offs.

**Required Qualifications **

**Technical & Innovation Expertise **

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including time in senior or architect‑level roles.

- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as:

- Python, C#, SQL (or equivalents)

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, evaluate emerging technologies, and apply them** **thoughtfully within enterprise constraints.

- Proven experience modernizing legacy systems while ensuring business continuity.

**Architecture, DevOps & Data **

- Deep experience with:

- Enterprise data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines)

- Reporting and analytics systems

- Cloud‑native architectures and services

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern deployment practices.

**Security & Responsible AI **
