**What You'll Do **

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications

• Coordinate client intake and maintain organized records

• Handle billing support, invoice tracking, and vendor communications

• Assist with office operations, supplies, and logistics

• Support attorneys with general administrative tasks

**What We're Looking For **

• 1+ year of administrative experience in any professional environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment
