Details:

$50 - $55 per hour pay rate
Full Time
Contract
Hybrid in Charlotte NC (mostly remote but must be able to commute to office)
8am - 5pm ET

Only considering candidates with the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and deployments
Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards)

Responsibilities:

Define functional and technical solutions to business problems using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions
Confer with relevant personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality
Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders
Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, functions, or organizational changes
