Qualifications
- 3–6 years of professional experience in video editing or motion design
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing and compositing tools
- Strong ability to transform rough or broken footage into polished final products
- Experience working with AI video tools and understanding AI-assisted workflows
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iteration cycles
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual polish
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Transform AI-generated clips into high-quality, compelling demo videos suitable for product and marketing presentations
- Manually edit or rebuild scenes when AI outputs are incomplete or require refinement
- Combine AI outputs with motion graphics, compositing, and traditional editing techniques to enhance visual storytelling
- Rapidly iterate on video drafts to meet project deadlines and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to the development and optimization of workflows for AI-assisted video production
- Maintain high standards of visual quality and consistency across all video content
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful videos
