Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and original content
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and user engagement
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to each platform to maximize reach and impact
- Monitor social media channels actively, respond to comments, messages, and foster community interaction
