Our expertise lies in blending performance-driven SEO techniques with messaging that accurately reflects the voice, values, and vision of our clients. We collaborate with both B2B and B2C brands to transform search demand into meaningful visibility by employing thoughtful strategies, executing them effectively, and creating content that serves a clear purpose. Our comprehensive services include keyword research, topic ideation, content briefs, on-page optimization, and AI-aware planning, ensuring our clients appear where it matters and communicate effectively with their target audiences.
About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Content Strategist to take ownership of the ongoing blog strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients. This senior individual contributor role requires someone who can independently develop and execute month-to-month SEO blog strategies, including topic ideation, content planning, and calendar management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strategic momentum across multiple accounts, translating SEO data into actionable insights, and ensuring content programs align with client goals and search engine algorithms. This role is not for someone seeking step-by-step instructions but for a proactive professional capable of managing multiple priorities, driving results, and building strategic relationships with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO content strategy, preferably within an agency or fast-paced consulting environment
  • Proven ability to manage ongoing blog strategies for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Extensive experience creating, refining, and evaluating SEO content briefs at scale
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, intent mapping, on-page SEO, internal linking, and content audits
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable content strategies

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage ongoing SEO content strategies across a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients
  • Develop recurring content calendars that balance SEO priorities, client business goals, and publishing capacities
  • Continuously identify and prioritize new blog topics based on keyword research, performance data, and competitive landscape analysis
  • Lead topic ideation sessions to ensure a strategic pipeline of blog content aligned with client goals and funnel stages
  • Create and manage high-quality SEO content briefs, ensuring they connect search intent, messaging, brand voice, user experience, and conversion considerations
  • Review and approve briefs produced by contractors or team members, maintaining quality and consistency
  • Serve as the strategic client partner, presenting monthly content strategies and explaining topic prioritization decisions
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, writers, editors, and account managers to ensure seamless execution of content plans
  • Support technical SEO efforts related to blog content, including internal linking and on-page optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics using tools like GA, GSC, and SEMrush, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify patterns in content performance, implement improvements, and support content audits and optimization efforts
  • Stay current on SEO trends, AI-generated content implications, and evolving search behaviors to inform strategy

Benefits
  • Opportunity to work remotely within a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Ownership of a critical function that directly influences client success and internal efficiency
  • Exposure to a diverse range of industries and content challenges
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and trust to manage your workload effectively
  • Performance-based recognition and career growth opportunities
