If you are resilient, collaborative, and influential, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between various teams supporting hiring managers, the Talent Team, the People team, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the candidate experience, build strong relationships, and coordinate the interview process for hundreds of candidates simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication from start to finish. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, supporting the recruitment process, and maintaining effective communication channels with candidates and internal teams. You will partner closely with Executive Assistants and other support staff to optimize interview workflows, increase efficiency, and automate processes where possible. Additionally, you will provide regular status updates, answer queries, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a positive candidate experience. This role also involves supporting payroll, onboarding, contract employee initiatives, and other HR projects as needed. Maintaining accurate and organized internal documentation is crucial to ensure smooth operations. 2+ years of professional experience supporting a fast-paced recruitment team
Experience working in a technology startup or scale-up environment
Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and support a high volume of interviews with hiring managers and executive teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
Proficiency in coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within an organization
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
Manage the candidate experience by building and maintaining strong relationships
Partner closely with Executive Assistants and support staff to streamline interview processes
Support and optimize recruitment workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on all recruitment activities
