About The Role
We are seeking a highly impactful and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join the inforcer team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing and sales teams have access to accurate data, clear attribution, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You will operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, focusing on improving funnel performance, optimizing lead quality, and providing visibility into the key drivers behind pipeline development and closed-won business. The ideal candidate is a skilled data analyst with a marketing perspective, passionate about working on exciting projects within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing roles within fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with marketing project management tools such as Asana
  • Previous experience within the MSP or Cybersecurity industry is highly advantageous
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, attribution, and lifecycle management
  • Experience in building and optimizing lead scoring models
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, B2B SaaS funnel analytics, pipeline metrics, and marketing principles
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and channel ROI reporting
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot integrations

Responsibilities
  • Gather and review data from all marketing sources, including PPC, SEO, events, email campaigns, webinars, and CRM data
  • Collaborate with events, marketing, and sales teams to extract insights that optimize the marketing funnel
  • Analyze conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and identify opportunities to accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to translate insights into strategic actions
  • Track and report on speed-to-lead and SLA adherence to ensure operational efficiency
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on marketing ROI and develop KPI dashboards for executive visibility
  • Manage all global marketing and events reporting and automation within our CRM, HubSpot
  • Support multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Measure campaign performance against predefined goals and incorporate learnings into future strategies
  • Continuously refine marketing processes, workflows, and methodologies for better performance
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities across campaigns
