About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Fabletics. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital communications that align with our marketing and business objectives. Your designs will be engaging, visually appealing, and easy to understand, helping to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, project management, and CRM to develop compelling assets for email campaigns, website updates, social media, and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall art direction of the brand while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ecommerce and fashion or an internship equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of web typography and photography
Basic knowledge of AI tools and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital design assets that align with marketing goals and brand standards
Create engaging email templates, website banners, landing pages, and social media graphics
Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management teams to produce on-brand content
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure timely delivery of all creative projects
Design for print materials such as PR, advertising, and packaging as needed
Prepare mechanicals for print production, ensuring technical feasibility and quality
Leverage customer insights and KPIs to optimize design effectiveness
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
Assist with weekly site updates, including homepage slides, category banners, and landing pages
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of campaigns
