About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote Creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling digital and print creative assets that align with our brand guidelines and regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Sr. Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce omni-channel promotional initiatives that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs across multiple platforms including email, social media, website, and in-store collateral.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proven ability to develop a diverse portfolio showcasing creative work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategy
  • Experience with brand development, promotion, and CRM marketing
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print channels, including email campaigns, social media, website, and in-store materials
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, look, tone, and feel for both retail and product branding
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and the Sr. Designer to generate innovative ideas that align with strategic objectives
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions, maintaining consistency across all channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into work
  • Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members
