Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus
- Strong background in managing frontend releases and monitoring production health
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development velocity while maintaining code quality
- Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of healthcare technology needs
Responsibilities
- Own and define the frontend technical roadmap, including decisions on state management, component libraries, and build tools
- Lead the development and release of major frontend features and updates, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Manage the production lifecycle of frontend domains, troubleshooting and resolving issues proactively
- Integrate AI tools such as Claude into the development workflow to improve efficiency and quality
- Design and refine AI-powered interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and high-performing for end-users
- Architect and oversee integration between the Java Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend for optimal system performance
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve team workflows and implement best practices for frontend development
- Estimate project efforts, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features
