About The Role
The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting executive leadership by managing a diverse range of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This position requires a highly organized individual capable of handling complex duties, including correspondence management, scheduling, report consolidation, and special projects such as budgeting and variance analysis. The Executive Administrative Assistant acts as a key point of contact within the organization, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. The role demands a proactive attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency of the executive team and support the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, preparing, editing, and composing correspondence
  • Maintaining and establishing reports or filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Providing information and resolving issues by analyzing situations and offering multiple non-standard solutions
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and making arrangements for meetings and events
  • Gathering data, typing, and consolidating reports for management review
  • Completing special projects, including budgeting and variance reporting
  • Organizing and directing workflow to ensure efficiency
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals
