High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, preparing, editing, and composing correspondence
Maintaining and establishing reports or filing systems for easy retrieval
Providing information and resolving issues by analyzing situations and offering multiple non-standard solutions
Scheduling, coordinating, and making arrangements for meetings and events
Gathering data, typing, and consolidating reports for management review
Completing special projects, including budgeting and variance reporting
Organizing and directing workflow to ensure efficiency
Performing additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals
