  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and experience with modern data platforms and statistical libraries
  • Experience working with production code and making modifications to live models and pipelines
  • Interest or prior experience in marketing measurement, MMM, and incrementality
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment and drive projects end-to-end
  • Growth mindset and curiosity about improving measurement quality and decision-making

Responsibilities
  • Build, improve, and maintain scalable, production-grade data science models that underpin Northbeam’s marketing measurement platform

  • Analyze customer measurement data to surface actionable insights, identify gaps, and inform new product opportunities
  • Explain complex statistical concepts to internal teams and troubleshoot measurement issues to ensure data integrity
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve the performance and usability of Northbeam’s product suite
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and external clients, supporting data-driven decision-making

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $230,000 USD, commensurate with experience and skills
  • Equity package providing ownership opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Flexible paid time off policy and 12 company-paid holidays annually
  • Paid parental leave for up to 12 weeks
  • A $500 work-from-home stipend to support remote work setup
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a high-growth, innovative environment
