Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to system access related to national defense.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) configuration and support.
Proficiency in inventory management and conversions within SAP environments.
Significant enterprise-level SAP application experience.
Ability to author detailed functional specifications based on customer requirements.
Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Exposure to ERP systems and processes.
Experience supporting full-cycle SAP implementations, including gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills related to system integration.
Effective communication skills capable of bridging technical and functional audiences.
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize warehouse and production operations processes to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
Lead solution design discussions with business process owners and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Configure and test SAP S/4HANA eWM processes supporting material movements, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate realization of functional designs and adherence to technical standards.
Support data conversion activities, integration testing, and readiness for system go-live.
Create comprehensive documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for end users.
Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative S/4HANA solutions aligned with Lockheed Martin’s strategic goals.
Utilize Jira and Focused Build tools for backlog management, requirement tracking, and workflow coordination.
Participate actively in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
