The company isn’t just another supplier; we are a small but rapidly growing industrial powerhouse. For 18 years, we’ve maintained a rapid annual growth rate by delivering technically exact, high-stakes components to SpaceX, NASA, Applied Materials, and the US Department of Defense.
Now, we are pivoting that momentum toward the Data Center market. We are seeking a Sales Director who speaks the language of hyperscalers and mechanical contractors to lead our national expansion.

How you will make an impact:
As a Sales Director, you are the architect of our expansion into the Data Center market. This is a high-visibility "hunter" role designed for a strategist who thrives on breaking into new territories and securing a seat at the table with the world’s largest hyperscalers. You won't just be managing a territory; you’ll be defining company’s footprint in the mission-critical infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities:
● Market Dominance: Proactively identify and secure new business within the Hyperscale and Tier 1 Mechanical Contractor segments.
● Have, Build and Maintain Relationships: You should be on a first name basis with key decision makers as well as know how to build relationships towards sales goals.
● Opportunity Follow Up: Keep up to date with open deals.
● Close Deals Successfully: While maximizing profit margin.
● Strategic Acquisition: Drive new logo acquisition by navigating complex procurement cycles and positioning company as a mission-critical partner.
● Pipeline Engineering: Build a robust, high-value pipeline from scratch, moving from initial discovery to final AVL (Approved Vendor List) inclusion.
● High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead technical sales conversations, presenting precision-engineered solutions to stakeholders ranging from facility engineers to procurement executives.
● Go-To-Market Strategy: Identify underserved regional markets and develop targeted strategies to displace incumbents with company’s "Best-Value" offerings.
● Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at key industry events (e.g., Data Center World, 7x24 Exchange) to build brand authority and generate high-intent leads.
● Data-Driven Growth: Utilize CRM tools to map complex accounts and provide accurate forecasting for our aggressive YoY growth targets.
What you bring to the table:
● Experience: 5+ years of high-performance business development experience. If you’ve sold to hyperscalers or worked within the cooling/industrial space, you’re our top priority.
● The Hunter Mindset: You love the thrill of the chase. You have a proven track record of opening doors that others find locked and closing "new logo" accounts that drive massive growth.
● Hyperscale Expertise: You know how to navigate the complex procurement cycles.
● AVL Mastery: You have a proven strategy for getting products on Approved Vendor Lists.
● Relationship Capital: You hold deep-rooted connections with Tier 1 mechanical contractors.
● Consultative Mastery: You don't just sell parts; you sell solutions. You can navigate complex, long-term sales cycles with poise and technical credibility.
