This is a full-cycle role combining new business development (50%) with candidate delivery and account management (50%). You will operate like a mini–business owner: generating revenue through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering top-tier technical talent across high-growth companies. What You’ll Do Business Development (50%)
Identify, target, and win new clients across the technology landscape (startups to enterprise)
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a consistent pipeline
Pitch retained and contingent search services to hiring managers and executives
Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and contracts
Develop long-term client relationships and expand existing accounts
Recruiting & Delivery (50%)
Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent (e.g., software engineers, AI/ML, infrastructure, product)
Manage the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and placement
Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality shortlists
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Provide market insights on compensation, hiring trends, and talent availability
