Title: AV Test Expert – Travel Full Time Driving
Location: Santa Clara, CA (then will travel to the East Coast and through all the states)
If they live in a big city in CA (California) and are okay with week-to-week travel, then that works
Duration: 2-year+ project
Job Details:
-Software experience related to AV or TO experience in Linux scripting
-3 + years’ experience in AV - Knowledge of Linux, QNX, and Unix command lines
-Basic shell scripting knowledge.
-Clean driving record, only 1 point, no accidents
-Able to travel constantly

What you’ll be doing:
- Travel full-time to designated locations
- Shift is Monday-Saturday 8-5 or Monday-Friday 4 pm-1 am
- Perform vehicle system calibrations.
- Perform TOH (Test operator handbook guidelines)
- Gathering requirements and setting up the test. Perform the actual test
- Document feedback and communicate results.
- Communicate with team members and partners, present findings and results.
- Collaborate with developers and test operators on autonomous testing plans.
- Operate the company and partner test items with engineers, developers, and test operators to perform autonomous testing, and be prepared to conduct solo missions.
- Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours and expect overtime as needed.
- Monitor the car's systems and follow procedures to calibrate & troubleshoot equipment.
- Coordinating with members of the Ops and AV teams daily to ensure data integrity, proper data transfer, and route management is critical.
- Traveling to various states/Cities for testing
